She was invited by director Lon Carvalho to participate in his Opra Comique (1877), her debut as Isabelle in Herald's "Le Pr aux Clercs", reached a great success. She became one of the prima donnas of the Opra Comique and made guest performances at Monte Carlo and Brusselas.
